I managed to keep up with my workouts while I was gone.
Friday morning - Cardio Power and Resistance
Saturday morning - Pure Cardio and Cardio Abs
Sunday - off
Monday morning - Fit Test (My mother watched me do this and saturday's workout, and after I was done with the fit test, she says, "that's it?". I think it is enough!!)
Tuesday morning - Plyometric Cardio Circuit
Here are my fit test results so far. I am pretty impressed that I was able to increase in every exercise in 2 weeks, especially that I was able to almost double the amount of push-up Jacks I was able to do. I am definitely getting stronger.

Arms - 11.5" (loss of 0.25")
Chest - 35.5" (loss of 0.5")
Waist - 31" (loss of 0.5")
Hips - 39" (loss of 1")
Thighs - 23.25" (loss of 0.25")
A grand total of 2.5 inches lost in 2 weeks. I will weigh in tomorrow and post that here as well. I am a little nervous about that because of this beach vacation. I did my best to eat well but it wasn't always easy!!
