Day 24 - Plyometric Cardio Circuit

The last couple of days I have had the hardest time getting out of bed, but I have been forcing myself, and I am always glad I did when it is over.

This workout always kicks my butt. By the end my legs are so tired. The great thing about the early morning workouts is that I feel great when they are over, knowing that the rest of the day is mine, plus I have burned off a lot of my nervous energy and I can focus better throughout the rest of the day.

Geez.. give me some of your early morning motivation... that is the BEST feeling in the morning after a workout, I just can't seem to overcome the need to sleep!
